3. SERVICES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

AI Consulting Solutions, LLC provides both custom consulting solutions and downloadable digital products. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be outlined in proposals, service agreements, or product descriptions.

No Guarantees: While we provide strategic guidance and powerful tools, outcomes such as sales, performance, or growth results cannot be guaranteed.

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Consulting Services

• Payment terms (e.g., deposits, milestones, or monthly retainers) will be agreed upon before the project starts.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

Digital Products

• All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, refunds are not provided unless required by law.

Subscriptions or Licensing

• If a product or service is offered as a subscription,      you agree to recurring charges unless canceled before renewal.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by AI Consulting Solutions, LLC—including documents, templates, training materials, AI workflows, and branding—remains the intellectual property of AI Consulting Solutions, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our materials
• Use our content or services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Licensed tools from third parties are subject to their respective terms.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Respond in a timely manner
• Respect deadlines and project timelines
• Use our services ethically and professionally

Failure to meet obligations may result in delays or suspension of services.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

We value trust. Any sensitive information you share during consultations or through onboarding is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.

8. AI TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use or integrate third-party AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, Notion AI, Make, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, etc.). You understand:

• These tools are subject to their own terms of service and data handling practices.
• AI Consulting Solutions, LLC is not liable for outages, errors, or data loss caused by third-party platforms.
• You assume responsibility for complying with your industry’s data policies when using AI tools.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Consulting Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Client misuse of AI tools or misapplication of consulting advice 

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

10. TERMINATION 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if these Terms are violated, or if a client acts in bad faith. You may also terminate services at any time; however, fees paid are non-refundable.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
